Lexis James is the founder of Knowledge 2 Success, a woman-owned consulting company based in Little Rock, Arkansas. An entrepreneur, educator, and business consultant, Lexis created K2S to help individuals and small business owners turn knowledge into practical progress.
With a background in school leadership and operations, Lexis brings a practical understanding of how people, processes, and technology need to work together.
K2S began with a belief that people deserve the knowledge and support to build a stronger financial foundation. Education, transparency, and personalized guidance remain central to the company’s work.
Through Knowledge 2 Success, Lexis helps business owners build AI agents, automate repetitive tasks, and create digital tools that support their daily operations. The approach starts with understanding the business, identifying where work gets stuck, and building solutions around real needs.
Lexis holds a bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Arkansas.

Services & policies
Digital consulting and implementation services. No physical products are shipped.
Service delivery & payment
Services are delivered remotely through scheduled consultations, digital files, configured software, or access to completed systems. Each written project agreement identifies the deliverables, estimated schedule, acceptance process, and any client responsibilities.
Payment amounts, due dates, and milestones are provided in the quote or invoice before payment. Ongoing services, if selected, include their billing frequency and cancellation terms. Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are disclosed separately. This website does not currently collect payments or card information.
Cancellation & refund policy
To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@knowledge2success.com. Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your request.
Before work begins, payments for services not yet performed are refundable, except any separately disclosed, authorized third-party expenses that cannot be recovered. After work begins, completed work and approved nonrecoverable expenses are deducted; unused prepaid amounts are refunded. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, notify us so we can review and address it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution determines when the credit appears. Any recurring support cancellation takes effect under the notice period agreed before enrollment. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Privacy policy
When you contact K2S, we may receive your name, business details, contact information, and project requirements. We use that information to respond, prepare quotes, deliver services, and maintain business records.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate our business or deliver an agreed project, or when required by law. Project-specific use of AI tools and access to your systems are discussed during scoping.
This page has no inquiry form, advertising trackers, or payment fields added by K2S. The website hosting provider may process technical logs. Consultation bookings are handled through Google Calendar. When you book, Google processes your name, email address, and appointment details under its privacy terms. Google Meet conferencing details are added after booking. If payments are offered separately, the selected payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@knowledge2success.com, subject to recordkeeping obligations. Do not send passwords or full card details by email.
Terms of service
This website describes K2S consulting services. A signed agreement or accepted written proposal establishes the scope of any engagement. Changes to scope, timelines, or fees must be agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary permissions, timely approvals, and authorized access to their tools. Ownership and licensing of deliverables, third-party software, and support obligations are specified in the project agreement.
AI-generated outputs may require human review. Business results depend on implementation, client participation, and third-party tools; K2S does not guarantee revenue, savings, or other specific outcomes.
